Overlap to manage Claro University and consolidates strategic alliance with Latin American multinational

We have become the main training partner of Claro’s Corporate University with the aim of generating a measurable impact on the productivity and performance of all of its sales and relationship channels.
We became the main training partner of the corporate university of the leading Mexican telecommunications company in Colombia, and one of the most important in Latin America, with the aim of generating a measurable impact on the productivity and performance of all its sales and relationship channels.
The project will last three years and will involve 180 Overlap Colombia employees.
We continue to consolidate the positioning of our delegation in Colombia and, from now on, we have become a strategic partner for Claro Colombia, the leading telecommunications company in the country and one of the main ones in the region, after winning the tender to manage its corporate university. We are taking on the exciting challenge of helping more than 35,000 employees and commercial and relationship partners to meet the organisation’s critical challenges: leadership in growth and market share in the sector, increasing profitability and revenues, and being the most recommended telecommunications company in the country. The project will involve up to 180 people from Overlap Colombia and will last for three years.
To address these three strategic variables of the company, we have made an approach based on the following equation: focus + value + impact + efficiency = results, with the aim of accompanying the Claro University in its evolution from being an instrument for training and knowledge generation, to become a measurable lever for optimising the productivity of its employees and, consequently, the improvement of its business.
We have put together our own multidisciplinary team with experts in strategy, learning, business, data, analytics, sales, relationships and training, with coverage in all regions of the country, which will use the latest technological tools from its universe of BUGLUM applications: Dimensions, which evaluates and measures the development of competencies from different dimensions, and Reakt, an app that optimises commercial results through the observation of human behaviour. These create a traceability between the generation of skills and learning, the evolution of behaviours and actions in the field, and the achievement of results, through objective data that enable the analysis of variables and the establishment of descriptive and even predictive relationships that favour the business.
