We have signed a partnership with Salesforce to be able to work together with this company worldwide.
Overlap has signed a partnership with Salesforce, the world’s No. 1 CRM, to work together with this company on a global level.
The origin of the Salesforce-Overlap partnership
In our business transformation projects, we work with our clients’ CRMs so that they are aligned with the business system that we design with them.
To do this, it is important to work on the functional design, which consists of deciding what the user will see on the different screens and achieving a good usability of the CRM. This guarantees that the tool is aligned with the real needs of the sales teams in their day-to-day work so that they can get the maximum value out of it.
In addition, it will support one of the most relevant points in these projects with our clients, to have a good organisation and quality of the data in order to be able to make the right decisions.
Therefore, we take care of the functional design of the tool to adapt it to the client’s business system. In other words, we are the intermediate layer between Salesforce and our clients’ CRM.
