Six recommendations for developing the commercial area (5): Train them, train them and train them again


If we were in a situation with customers increasingly demanding  and knowledgeable about the characteristics of products and services on the market, and competitive bidding, with the current situation the issue has only worsened. Your salespeople must now be more experienced and have marketable skills than those required in the very recent past.

Develop your own strategy development and training aimed solely at improving the performance of their business. Discuss your case and create a self-training method that allows each person to fully develop the skills to act effectively in every situation. Combine formal and informal training, and focus on those actions that generate most of the results.
