For the purposes set forth in the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December on Protection of Personal Data, OVERLAP informs users (hereinafter “users”) that all personal information submitted will be loaded into a file owned by OVERLAP and duly registered on the General Registry for Data Protection and will be used to maintain and manage the relationship with the users so as to be able to provide adequate answers to all information requests, queries and suggestions.

OVERLAP will not collect personal information from children under age 18. All children under the age of 18 should refrain from providing said information.

Services provided in the website might request specific conditions of use regarding personal data protection.

2. Consent of the Users

All information transmitted or made available via OVERLAP electronic forms or e-mails constitutes the express consent of the sender to the automated management of the data included in the above mentioned means of communication. Users consent to the management of said information and to the acceptance of electronic marketing communications as herein set forth is always revocable and has no retroactive effect under the terms and conditions of the applicable law.

4. Security

OVERLAP is committed to provide all levels of security for the protection of personal data required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of the 21st of December which approves the regulation implementing the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data and set all technical means within reach to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and robbery of information provided by users on the website, notwithstanding the foregoing may inform the users that internet security measures are not impregnable.

Considering internet security measures are not impregnable as regards privacy and safety in the management of personal data, OVERLAP cannot guarantee that third parties, be them authorized or unauthorized, might be aware of the conditions, characteristics and circumstances under which users make use of the services provided on the website or might gain access to, and therefore, intercept, eliminate, alter, modify or manipulate messages or communications of any type whatsoever that users send or put at third parties disposal through said services.

5. Modifications to the Personal Data Protection Policy

OVERLAP reserves the right to modify the current policy to adapt it to future legislative or local regulations as well as to changes in the industry practices, with prior notice to users.
