Overlap Brasil joins ABRH Rio – 2015 Congress: Big Learning Data

On the last May 20th, Overlap was invited to perform at the Manager and Directors of Human Resources Forun in Rio de Janeiro. The theme was the Big Learning Data.

In the lecture conducted by Alberto Roitman, Business Manager of the Brazilian unit , 300 people were present receiving the main concepts of Big Learning Data and its benefits for the companies. Along with Alberto, was one Overlap´s customer of Votorantim Cimentos, Paula Gianetti, who contributed her experience in earnings that the company had with the application of Big Data in the recruitment and selection of professionals.
