Our client needed to generate a single commercial method for Used Vehicle Management in its three brands.

The difficulty was that each brand had its own documentation and standards. Also, each brand had the vision to count on the best processes of the business.

Rethink the Used Car Method solution.

Starting from the basics of each one of the brands, the situation needs to be refocused to identify common elements to create a unique brand image, define a new strategy and methodology for Used Car management, and using a web tool to support the solution.

OBTAINED RESULTS

Development and integration of the tools for the 3 brands, based on a new commercial method for used car sales that was created by Overlap.
