The 3 Main Training Needs in Companies
In Overlap we have created a survey where we asked what are the most important training content and needs for 2016.
- 95% believe that digital transformation is essential within their organization. This is a strategic opportunity to include new technologies so that business will be more efficient and have more opportunities. Social networks, the internet, and digital strategies allow the company to grow and enrich itself in an era where having everything digital is an absolutely relevant factor.
- 75% think that sales planning is a major factor within the organization. Managers, in order to develop a specific plan, must analyze the company’s resources and complete a SWOT analysis to fully understand all scenarios. Once the study is completed, objectives and the marketing strategy are set.
- 70% of respondents believe that Neurosales is a very interesting product in company training this year. Neurosales focuses on the important of neuroscience at the time of buying a product and how the salesperson requires an adapted mental model to customer decision making in order to persuade the customer better. Neurosales is neither a process or technique; it is a glimpse towards the sales relationship from a scientific perspective. The workshop created by Overlap has been so successful that it is being conducted both in Spain and South America. It is developed by abandoning traditional methodologies and mixing experiential activities with magic tricks and simulated situations, all with a focus on its practical application.
- The rest of the content we asked about on the survey had about a 60% answered turnout rate. These were: key account management, profitable negotiation, how to address negotiation objections and closings, the sales visit process, and finance for salespeople.
